Kids and Breakfast – Hectic job isn’t

BreakfastDoes your child eat breakfast? According to many reports, 40% of children don’t take breakfast. But it’s a fact and everybody knows that breakfast is the most important meal of the day, a nutritious breakfast act as fuel for the kid’s brain. According to American Dietetic Association, more than 40% of girls and 32% of boys use to skip there breakfast on a daily basis.

Usually parents speculate that why eating breakfast for child is such a big issue. Answer is very simple and clear. A child if does not eat breakfast on a set routine and does not consume essential nutrients for his or her body to obtain the energy which is required to gain concentration in school and to complete learning tasks satisfactorily.

Some interesting excuses made by Children to skip Breakfast?

There are numbers of reasons behind children to skip their breakfast. Children use to come with many excuses to convince their parents. Although some of the excuses are reasonable and logical, but none of them are a good enough to get convinced for skipping the most important meal of the day.

They definitely want them to establish them in front of the world so that they never have any problem in life. And for most children, it is not really easy to identify that set of talent by which they can outshine the rest of the world.
