But it’s a fact and everybody knows that breakfast is the most important meal of the day, a nutritious breakfast act as fuel for the kid’s brain. According to American Dietetic Association, more than 40% of girls and 32% of boys use to skip there breakfast on a daily basis.

Usually parents speculate that why eating breakfast for child is such a big issue. Answer is very simple and clear. A child if does not eat breakfast on a set routine and does not consume essential nutrients for his or her body to obtain the energy which is required to gain concentration in school and to complete learning tasks satisfactorily.
