• Anuloma Viloma- It is a breathing exercise and involves technique of
breathing from each nostril. It also proves to be very effective for hypertension and other health problems. This technique involves inhaling through the left nostril and at the same time closing the right with a thumb for about 4 second and then exhale from the left nostril from the right nostril and closing the left one with the ring finger for about 8 seconds. Repeat the same technique with the right nostril also. This breathing exercise should continue for about 5 to 10 minutes or as long as you feel comfortable.
• Raising both legs pose- Raise both of your legs upwards, you can take the support of the wall. And your full back should rest on the yoga mat and stretch your both hands away from your shoulder and relax with your eyes close. Keep your eyes close for about 5 minutes. Then bring down your both legs to touch the chest and slowly come to your original position.
Above are few poses that is especially meant for curing hypertension and everyone should practice these poses to prevent high blood pressure problem and to lead a healthy, and stress free living.
